By accessing and using ElkaDoc services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
ElkaDoc provides online tools for manipulating PDF files (merging, splitting, compressing, converting, etc.). Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after a short period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ElkaDoc only for legal and compliant purposes. You must not use the service to process illegal, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
Restrictions
It is prohibited to: (1) attempt to bypass security measures, (2) use the service in a way that overloads the infrastructure, (3) extract or copy site content by automated means without authorization.
User Content
You retain all rights to the files you upload. ElkaDoc does not claim any ownership rights to your content and uses it only to provide the requested service.
Limitation of Liability
ElkaDoc is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from the use of the service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms or for any other legitimate reason.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
